There’s been a lot of Illegal dumping and graffiti on Rose Ave. that’s between White Rd. and Capital Ave. Some of the dumping has been from people coming out from the area but most of it comes from the people that live on Rose Ave. The city has posted signs up and down the streets for street sweeping, I think it would be a good idea if they put another sign saying about illegal dumping and fines to be imposed.

STOP Building! STOP trying to turn this area into LA!! There’s already too many people here and it’s now harder than ever to try to go from point A to point B…Don’t believe me? Get up out of your offices, go drive around and see for yourselves. The ‘it’s good for the taxbase’ argument is tired…what’s happened to all the money collected from citizens/businesses born and raised in this area over the last 50 years?

Illegal dumping occurs on the 10 and 11th Street ramps. Can’t get response from the city or CalTrans. They should be working together.

Vehicle noise pollution is ruining quality of life.
There is little to no enforcement.
What can be done and don’t say nothing?
