Video of the 9/25/24 San Jose Parks Council Candidate Forum. Four of the eight candidates participated. Hear the answer to the following four questions:

1. Would you support waiving or eliminating a primary park revenue source, which is park fees paid by developers? Or maintaining or increasing such fees?
2. How would you address the backlog of maintenance for parks?
3. Should the definition of parkland in the city Charter be updated to better protect parks, trails and nature?
4. Should the city build any housing on any city parkland?
